Shipping FAQ

Processing & Shipping Times

At Lil J’s Shop, we carefully package every order with love and care. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. We ship between Monday to Friday.

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within:

  • US Orders: 3–7 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on USPS delays, holidays, weather, or high shipping volume.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped through USPS with tracking included.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.


USPS Delays & Lost Packages

Please note that once a package is accepted by USPS, shipping delays are unfortunately outside of our control.

If your tracking states Delivered but you cannot locate your package:

  • Check around your home/mailbox
  • Ask neighbors or household members
  • Contact your local USPS office directly

Lil J’s Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by USPS.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are currently final unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email us photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The packaging
  • Your order number

We will do our best to help resolve the issue quickly.
