All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are currently final. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We will do our best to help resolve the issue quickly.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Lil J’s Shop is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged by USPS after shipment.
If your tracking states Delivered but you cannot locate your package, please contact your local USPS office for assistance.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout, including apartment, unit, or suite numbers if applicable.
If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can try to correct it before shipment.
Lil J’s Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the items received
We will make it right.
