Processing & Shipping Times
At Lil J’s Shop, every order is carefully packaged with care. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary due to USPS delays, holidays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking included. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
USPS Delays & Lost Packages
Once a package has been handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
- Check around your property and mailbox
- Ask household members or neighbors
- Contact your local USPS office for assistance
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
