Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after being shipped with USPS.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information, including apartment or unit numbers if applicable.
If an incorrect address is entered, contact us within 24 hours of ordering. We cannot guarantee changes after that time.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and photos. We will correct the issue.
